1. Participation is open to students, professionals, entrepreneurs, researchers, and technology enthusiasts residing in Pakistan.
  2. Teams may consist of up to four (4) members.

  3. Participants may only be part of one team.

  4. All submissions must align with at least one of the hackathon themes:

  • Democracy, Inclusion & Civic Participation
  • Technology for Civic Good
  • Open Data & Access to Information
  1. Projects must include a meaningful use of Artificial Intelligence.

  2. Teams may use existing frameworks, APIs, open-source libraries, and publicly available tools, provided proper attribution is given.

  3. Teams retain ownership of their intellectual property. By participating, teams grant organizers permission to showcase submitted projects for promotional and educational purposes.

  4. Projects must not violate privacy, intellectual property, or applicable laws and regulations.

  5. Solutions that promote discrimination, harassment, misinformation, or harmful activities will be disqualified.

  6. All submissions must be completed before the submission deadline.

  7. The judges' decisions are final.

  8. Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event.

  9. Organizers reserve the right to modify event timelines, judging processes, or participation requirements if necessary.
